Metastorm, a
leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) software for

system-based processes, today announced it is extending its professional
services team and aligning practice managers to specific verticals,
including financial services, government, business services, healthcare,
and manufacturing/retail. The move is designed to support the industry-specific
needs of customers as they design and deploy processes on the Metastorm
BPM™ suite.
Earlier this
year, Metastorm announced the creation of Process Pods™ – solution
frameworks that package together the key elements necessary to quickly
and successfully deploy specific horizontal and vertical processes
on Metastorm BPM, including process maps, forms, rules, reports,
scripts, and sample simulation data. The positive response to Process
Pods and the demand for additional consulting services to extend
the Process Pods to meet unique customer needs is one driver for
