BizAgi is the
BPM solution that manages and coordinates over 1.200 activities
around policy underwriting processes and claims management for the
Allianz line of automobile insurance.
The
solution allowed Allianz to develop its "Power on your Side" strategy,
literally empowering all the participants across the complete value
chain of the business, while committing agents, brokers, repair
shops, suppliers, lawyers, etc., to the proper operation of the
business.
According
to Aaron Ossiaz, Vice President for the vehicles business unit,
the BizAgi implementation has enabled the implementation of a client
oriented business model for automobile insurance and has exceeded
expected results by a wide margin:
- 95% reduction
in response times to customers and brokers
- Increase
in the individual policy renewal ratio to over 87% and 98% in
group policies (the industry's best practices aim at an 85% renewal
rate)
- 38% cost
reduction (to 8% versus a 13% industry standard)

in BPM: The WfMC "The Workflow Management Coalition" and WARIA (BPM
Focus) "The Workflow ad Reengineering International Association."
