We wish to share with you this article published by Banco de Crédito del Perú in its internal journal. It outlines its business results and positive testimonies in this regard, as of the implementation of BizAgi in the most important financing agency in Peru.

BizAgi is the tool that enables the unification and automation of the funds transfer process within the savings and check-in corporate accounts of BCP. The coordination through BizAgi covers from the transfer request (via fax or letter) until the electronic transfer; going trough all the verifications and authorizations needed to complete the transfer.

The orquestation of the process trough BizAgi has translated into management of autonomy, on line confirmation of its customers and officials operations, systematization of automatic tasks, and availability of information in real time.

As a result of the above mentioned progress, BCP has obtained the following benefits:

• Transaction requests management time reduced from half a day to one hour.
• Increased autonomy to process funds transfers by business assistants and officials. It changed from 0% to 58% of the applications, thus increasing processing efficiency and agility.
• Reduction of commission exemptions from 51% to 8%.
• Enhanced customer service quality. The customers are now provided with information regarding their operations via mail and can make their bank transfers in less time.
• Increased efficiency in collection of fees from funds transfer transactions, from 49% to 92% as an average, in a 4-month period.
• Reduction by 70% in claims and corrections from capital prepayment transactions.

This article evidences once more that BizAgi provides an agile, flexible, efficient management of banking processes, which results in more financial agencies in Latin America and worldwide achieving high impact results for their business.
